Returns Policy

Change of Mind Purchases
We do not accept returns or refunds on change of mind purchases after your items have been sent.

If you would like a refund before we have posted your items, please contact us immediately so we can cancel the transaction.

Incorrect or Damaged items
If we have sent you the incorrect item, you must sent it back to us with some form of tracking. We will be happy to reimburse you for the return postage. You have 14 days from receiving the incorrect item to post the items back to us or no replacent or refund will be available. We also need a receipt to show the return postage costs.

If your items are damaged when you received them, please let us know. We need the item returned to us with the damaged packaging to make a claim with Australia Post. We will also need a copy of the receipt for the return costs to remimbuse you for the return postage. A replacement or a full refund will then be sent. If the original packaging is not returned, we can only offer a refund for the purchase price only.

If we believe the returned item is not the one that was sent, no refund will be available and you will be liable for the return postage of that item back to you. You will have 30 days or the items will then be the property of Collector KIngz to do with what we see if the best for the items.
